In the fast-paced world of B2B sales, revenue management isn’t for the faint of heart. Allison Dyer knows this firsthand. After years of navigating the twists and turns at Marketo, RollWorks and running her own agency she saw a common thread in every company’s struggle—no one was seeing the full picture of their revenue potential. Whether it was misaligned teams, disjointed strategies, or just a lack of clarity, businesses were missing the mark, and Allison knew there had to be a better way.
In 2018, armed with deep industry insights and a drive to make revenue management more strategic and more human, Allison founded Intersekt Solutions and The Revenue Academy, which has evolved into Revenue Masters. She had one mission: to bring clarity to the chaos of revenue performance management. She brought in two co-founders—Shawn Cook and Mark Sicliano—both experts in their own right, with decades of experience leading sales teams and delivering results across industries. Together, they built a set of products and services that not only help to diagnose revenue blind spots and challenges, but actively help businesses overcome them for the longer term.

Allison’s journey began at Marketo, where she led strategic initiatives and learned firsthand the challenges businesses face in growing revenue without a clear vision and data-driven strategy. She saw the gap between what businesses needed in order to truly achieve their goals and what they were getting from their internal teams or hired consultants. This is why she founded Revenue Masters—to offer a path that’s clear, actionable, and results-driven. Today, she continues to shape the industry with her passion for innovation and her commitment to helping companies thrive in an ever-evolving market.
Shawn Cook, Formerly Eloqua, Triblio, RollWorks
With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership and operations, Shawn brings a deep understanding of how to build and scale high-performing revenue teams. His leadership and expertise in aligning sales strategies with market realities and go-to market motions have made him a cornerstone of Revenue Masters’ operation. Shawn’s focus is on sales acceleration, operational efficiency and driving top-line growth, helping businesses not just meet but exceed their revenue goals.

Mark’s career in sales leadership has spanned more than 25 years, during which he has led multiple organizations to record-breaking growth. As an advisor to the Revenue Masters, Mark applies his extensive knowledge in market positioning and sales enablement to help inform the team and navigate the complexities of modern revenue performance management. His insights are invaluable in driving both strategic alignment and operational excellence internally and for our clients.
